Q: Can I check in before or after the front desk is staffed?

A :Check-in time starts at 15:00 on the day of check-in. The housekeeper's working hours are from 10:00 to 16:00. We can arrange check-in for you during working hours.If you arrive at the hotel after 4:00 PM, the hotel manager will send you check-in instructions and cloud check-in information, and will settle your room bill the next morning.You can choose to pay the room fee by credit card on the platform, or pay the room fee in cash during the housekeeper's working hours.

Q: I would like to store my luggage at the hotel after checking in or checking out.

Accepted Answer

A :Business hours: If you need to store your luggage, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, you can go directly to the hotel and press the doorbell on the 5th floor. The housekeeper will help you store your luggage.Other times: We can arrange for you to store your luggage

Q: What is the latest time I can check out?

Accepted Answer

A :The housekeeping inspection time is 11:00 am. Please check out before this time.If you need to check out later, please inform the housekeeper in advance. A late room fee will be charged. The latest late check-out time is one hour. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.You can also check out earlier. Please deposit your first floor key into the key box next to the reception desk when checking out, and remember to take your personal belongings and luggage with you.

Q: Are toiletries such as towels and toothbrushes provided?

Accepted Answer

A: All rooms are equipped with two large towels, two small towels, and Eye Candle co-branded toiletries. Effective July 1, 2024, in compliance with government regulations, the hotel will no longer display or provide personal hygiene products (including toothbrushes and toothpaste). Please bring your own upon check-in.

Q: Is breakfast or other meals included?

A: No. Tomato T.T.T. is located near the Ningxia Night Market and Zhongshan District, a popular shopping area with a wide variety of delicious food. Therefore, we do not provide meals.

A :By plane: Take the Airport MRT to Taipei Main Station, then take a taxi for about 5 minutes to the hotel.By Train: Take the train to Taipei Main Station, transfer to the MRT to Zhongshan Station, and walk to Tomato, which is about 8 minutes away.
